Grace Period

The Grace Period is the time it takes before interest charges will be added to the purchase amount, it's usually about 30 days before you receive the statement containing the charge; then another 25 days to pay off the balance of your purchases total before any interest is charged. By choosing a bank card with a long grace period you can effectively charge purchases and pay no interest!

Annual Fees

Annual Fees are the fees a bank charge for the use of their bank card. These fees usually range from $0 - $60. By obtaining a card with a Low or No Annual Fe, you can effectively save up to $60 a year in bank fees. This may not be a lot, but every little bit helps.
